A live support agent shaped around each patient's care plan.

We created a guided live-agent experience for a specialist clinic supporting people living with schizophrenia and other mental-health conditions.

The agent asks how the patient is feeling and can surface one of the medicines already prescribed to that patient. It does not diagnose, invent a treatment, or create a new prescription.
